There are many people with who are interested in the whimsical sensual lunar behavior of the Fae and the strength and charisma and sexuality of the Vampires who are also called Strigois. 

Why not have both? 

This spell-work is a perfect mix of both Fae blood magick and Vampire blood magick. It has a well rounded feel too it.
